The first question category managers ask us: does it connect to our POS? Yes — Shopify POS, Square, NCR Counterpoint, and generic CSV exports on all plans. ERP connections (SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, Manhattan Associates) and planogram tool integrations (JDA Spaceman, Prospace) on Regional and Enterprise plans. Retailloom reads from the data you already export, not from a new data warehouse you have to build.

Supply chain and inventory position exports. Regional and Enterprise plans.

Blue Yonder (JDA)

Demand and supply planning exports. Compatible with JDA assortment management data model.

 Planogram Tools

JDA Spaceman

Read planogram files (facing counts, bay assignments). Export decisions in JDA-compatible format. Regional+ plans.

Prospace

Import planogram XML/CSV from Prospace. Retailloom normalizes facing data to its SKU model.

Planogram CSV (generic)

Any planogram that exports SKU + store + facing count. Works across all plans.

If your POS or ERP isn't listed above, contact Greg directly. Most standard retail data exports — even ones from legacy or regional POS systems — can be mapped during onboarding without custom development. If it exports a transaction file with SKU, store, date, and units sold, it almost certainly works. For genuinely non-standard systems, we'll tell you honestly what's possible and the timeline rather than oversell a connection that doesn't exist yet.
